What kind of training do you do matt?
Sorry i missed this earlier...My training is a lower frequency right now. I've had problems with my knees, they are most aggrivated by cleans. So I mostly focus on snatches, power cleans, and squats. The squats are going up nicely, and hopefully I will sort out the knee issues soon. You ready for 180x2? :D
